Thanks for the compliments everyone. The woodgrain, I freehand with a swivel knife, you can't really screw it up, because woodgrain is kinda random anyway.

Most of the cool look comes from the finishing. Using airbrush, I randomly spray with the grain feibings buckskin, then feibings med brown, then higlighter.

The outside is sweet- but it is the interior I am most impressed with as well was the edge binding

- can you share your tech for the edging an building of the interior - really came out nice,

I have trouble getting that nice a taliored look to my work...youve got it nailed

I have always been a fan of wood grain on leather too. You did a REALLY nice job of it. Along with all the other touches you added to this, it is an awesome project!

How do you trim the (lamb?)border on the inside. Do you cut it with knife or sissor after you sew? Or do you trim to fit and glue down and then sew? Or????
