Wasnt sure where this one was going so i left the place for the initial blank and I think I'll put a silver screw back initial there. I ended up with what looks like some water stains in the center. I tried to keep the leather evenly wet when working. But when all is said and done I couldn't get em out. I dont like the box around the pattern on top but when you make a mistake you have to hide it some way. Oh well. Live and learn. Tom

I found this pattern in a book of Celtic patterns so I thought I'd give it a try. It's another one for one of the Ladies at the bank. Tom

Well beside the leather warping and a few other little things that I learned I don't think it turned out to bad. It is nothing fancy but I am going to make everything black except the background area which I will leave natural, I may make the cross red. I will be redoing it, without the warping this time, I hope! Suggestions and critique always welcome!

I recently finished this belt. This kind of pre-production model as I am trying a few new features and finishes. This belt is basically a concealed carry belt. It is constructed from two layers of leather which I saddle stitched by hand. The top layer is 8oz. Wickett and Craig Chestnut bridle leather lined with 8-10oz. Wickett and Craig Natural saddle skirting. Both Buckles are brass and will be included with each belt. The keeper is kept in place with two rows of double stitching. Thanks for looking and questions or comments are always welcome. Regards, Nick

The seat is frogskin inlayed into suede for the eyes, inlayed into black cowhide, overlayed on grey cowhide, then all inlayed into black cowhide. The matching wallet is made from all the same materials as the seat.

While spending 2 weeks at the cabin in CO, I did 2 projects. For some reason I up at 6:00 every morning and the wife likes to sleep till 8 or so. This year I packed my tools and took with me. If I didn't get up and go fishing in the morning, I found a log that worked for a bench and sat out on the front porch and tooled away. Made both of these in 2 weeks.
