I need to pick a brain or two. Today, for some reason the Adler 205 decided to leave the bottom side stitch like the photo below.....Ideas? I have changed NOTHING on the machine and this started. Something to look for? 207/207, Black, 2 layers of 10OZ (does it on single and triple layers too). Any advice is welcome. Thanks much! Andy

Thanks for the good words guys....it was a used case I had around in my collection of "treasures" that needed SOMETHING done with it. I saw it, the gun, and saw a PERFECT fit. It was a quicky job, I did have one nicely edged (sewn suede) but the cover would not close, what you see is a super thin piece of bridle atop the fitted suede covered pistol/laser insert. What was the film quote Antonio Banderas "...bring your guitars."??? Now it's "..bring your violin". I need to get fiddlin'! Andy

Hey folks, I rarely post here in the "show off" catagory, but this turned out to be a neat project. Case is for a SMALL violin (can anyone tell me the proper name of the instrument that fits this case?) Anyway, the pistol is a Walther P22 (22 caliber). FUN gun, reliable, accurate and FUN (did I mention FUN?!?!?!?!??!?!). I like being able to test drive guns while making leather (yes, I ask the customer first!). A holster and mag pouch finish out the project (not shown, still wet molding!). Andy

I use the 3m stuff, a few different types, also look to your local auto parts shop/jobber for the "gorilla snot" spray glue for interiors...it has a longer set/work time and works AWESOME when used wet (it'll act like normal cement if you let it set a while). Good stuff, but the brush on by the gallon is the cheapest. Andy

Good idea, I run magnets on all my equipment, holds scissors, razor blades, tools that I need for the machine etc...I like the bowl idea!

These closures have messed up MANY PDA's and Cell phones. In fact Apple is warning folks not to use anything with a magnet near the iPhone as it will make it inoperable. (I am an Iphone user and follow these things) Apparently a company came out with a nifty case for them with magnets, then had to buy it's customers new phones when they died. Bad bad bad. All, I have been pondering one of the smaller Tippmann Clickers to click out my holsters. I currently use a big ol' Hudson which is awesome but severely overkill for a couple of clicks a day. I have contacted Tippmann but they seem to not know what people do with clickers (bad salesperson perhaps). SO....who has one? I would love to chat/pick your brain.
