I have Heritage skiver- I think its fashined after the osborne model. I cant seem to skive anything worth a flip. I have sharpened the blade on a 1000 grit hone - as I try to pull the leather across the blade- the blade just doesnt want to cut into the leather- any advice??? RMR

I have a 2 year old Tippmann boss stitcher for sale. Machine has had very little use- primarily used to make several fly rod cases. It works well and I have not had any problems with the machine. The reason its for sale is I have decided to upgrade to an electric machine and dont need 2 sewing machines. Comes with all the standard equipment : standard presser foot, tool kit, extra bobins, instruction book, instruction video, thread stand and thread winder. I will also include the other accessories I have purchased for the machine which include: center presser foot, right presser foot, left presser foot, Tippmann metal flat bed work table, Tippmann material guide, 10 extra needles and a box stitch guide. I am asking $1075 for everything ( new with all the accessories would be 1700)- which includes shipping in the lower 48 states. I will be glad to provide pictures to anyone interested. I have a tipmann Boss- purchased about 2 years ago- came with extra needles, bobins, metal work platform................. I have used it on several projects- but its basically a new machine. Im thinking about getting an electric sewing machine. If I decide to go that route- I would be interested in selling the Tipmann Boss. Im not sure what a new/used machine is worth or what yu would be willing to pay. RMR
