Some knots on the latest reins I built. These are made from a hide with red hair but turned out chocolate colored after I scraped the hide. (a close up for Knot Head)

The small knots are a 4 bight gaucho and they connect with a pineapple end in a loop held by a ring knot.

Brian is right you want to bevel the flesh side on roo or any tanned leather.

Usually 42" rein and 36" romal for use with rein chains. Around 51" rein if your not using chains.

The rounder is not for sale. Good ones are tough to come by so this one is staying on my bench. Thanks for the inquire though.
