crazy good...You should be proud. -
I think showing your work, whether it be 1 piece or everything you do, helps others on here attempt to find there way in this wonderful hobby, business, time killer or craft. Whatever you call it. And if you don't want to see everything a person makes, you can also choose to not open the thread. Not trying to stir the pot, but you make a choice to open or not open a thread. Keep showing us your work. Never be discouraged. By the way love the second strap.

You would sell all if you came to Daytona, either for bike week or biketoberfest. There are plenty of places where vendors set up and the costs arent crazy. Only because it is spread out over many many miles and different cities. There is no helmet law here in Florida, and those helmets would sell great imo.

No i used latigo lace from tandy leather factory. 1/8 inch to be exact. I have since relaced and it helped smooth out the bends but I think next set will have fewer lacing holes and that might help even more. Overall I am pleased with the look, Kind of broke up all the chrome from the forks all the way back to the saddlebags.

So I decided to wrap my engine guards on my bike. took me about 6 hours to measure, cut, punch lace holes, and install on my bike. I am going to untie them and relace after my arms stop hurting, used about 25 feet of lace per side. Cant wait for bike week to start here in daytona so I can show it off. Any input is welcome. Again I am going to retie them so I should smooth out the corners, i hope.

I founds a local marble shop and asked if they had any small broken scraps and if they would sell them to me. The guy took me out to where the dumpster is and said have at. He said I could dumpster dive any time I want.

What I would say as far as pricing goes, if he can get a few of the other band members to pay say 50 bucks for a strap you make, then give him a discount off of that price, I'm not saying 50 is what you should charge, just using a number. I made a shotgun bag for a friend, (clay shooter) and told him the same, if any of his buddies at the range buy one, then depending how many I sell (5 or more) his is free. Unless you don't want to make any more. Or he is the only tuba player in the band. Just my 2 cents.

I have one from my dad's collection and it is stamp #300 I don't know if tandy calls it a heart, but it looks like one to me.
