Hi! if you look closely you will see the bevelling marks Yes I tool first, even use a hair blade before I paint it. I'm an artist, so I live to paint my work. Thanks for asking. I get this question a lot.

That is correct!! I made one like this about 10 years ago. For some reason it doesn't look the same lol. I guess we all get better with practise:)

On this belt, and most of my work, I use a no.000 paintbrush. That's all. No airbrush:)
