rebuilding my shovelhead and remaking the seat from pan up..made a new lace cutter and am contemplating rawhide for the edges any thought from you braiders??

Rawhide can get saggy and stretch if it gets wet, and re-tighten as it dries--but maybe not as evenly. It can also smell when it gets damp or wet.

Glad you found some, because I found none at all anywhere around here - chayotes last month, maybe chayotes next month, but none here today.

I’m angry, sooo f-ing angry...I want rip up the sky, tear down the sun, kick down the moon, scream at the top of my lungs from the tallest building. Everything is dark, so dark. The only thing I do is crawling down in a dark corner staring with empty eyes and hoping for the best...My only child has a brain tumor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No luck anywhere. Not even at the little shop that sells fresh tortillas, mole, and tamales. I'll keep my eyes peeled, but we may have to wait until fall, and then you'll have to store them over winter to plant next spring.

They show up in the produce section here fairly often. I'll check when I do my grocery shopping on Thursday.

Perfect UPS “Smart Post” results for Friday the 13th. Package that was due to be delivered here and Was about an hour away - sitting in Seattle for the last 4 days - is now being shipped across the US. Instead of being here today, in the last 24 hours it has gone to Philadelphia PA and to Jersey City NJ. I am Not fond of UPS or Fedex “Smart Post”. Hope your Friday the 13th goes better than mine…

Smart Post isn't. I had a package from the East Coast arrive in Denver before heading back--went to Ohio and then circled around Illinois for a few weeks before they finally lost it.

Try clearing your Browser's Cache (it's usually under the tools menu), then press Ctrl+F5 to force the computer to reload the entire page.

I just bought the first white Cobra 4 ever sold. The color was a factory mistake so I got a great deal on it and I'm so excited I can hardly sit still. It's going to be hard waiting on it to come. Thank you Steve, you made my whole year for me.

Ordered a hide and i cant use it for tooling since it has been oiled. Is there anything i can do to it, to make it suitable for tooling again????

Might pyrography work? Maybe you can burn decorations on. Will be stinky, this is an 'outside method', and a respirator might be a good idea too.
