  5. cheers mate, thanx for kind words! I'll try making some pics of that bead soon (but lately I have given a lot of promisses and failed to complete, work, work, work..) I have learned a lot on this pages just by looking at peoples work, sometimes copying something and other times just for a motivation, so, I think it should work for everybody like that... I just try and make something that works for me... and another seat is delivered
  6. I did this one during the weekend... Finaly started using swivel knife for all details... I wanted to keep it all black but the customers wishes are on the first place, right? ) anyway, I like how it turned out... I'll play with graphics more next time, this one was needed ASAP so no time for too much planing and thinking... cheers, Silk
  7. thanx mate!! my little secret is - i didn't cut the leather, just stamped as much it was needed to pop out the drawings... seems I was right to supose what would happen if i did cut it... but it took me 4 days of stamping and tooling it... it had to be done ASAP... this one was the most work of all previous seats... The owner wants black laces and we are waiting it to come (ebay)... this red is cool to me to and i would do some more interesting lace patern but i knew i would take it down in a week or two so no point in dooing that... the red lace doesn't go well with the bike colours, that is the most important reason to take it down actualy, so new pics soon best regards, silk
  8. no problem, if you get stuck along the way just ask... cheers, Silk Fire walk with me...
  9. hi, to get that edge roll you cut a long peice just like youre making a belt but 2,5cm wide and thinner leather... you aply glue on edges but not on the middle of it.... you stick the edges together and by doing that you get a long lace with a tube like shape on one side... the side that is not tubelike is ment for sewing and you doo that in the oposite way so when you turn the parts inside out you get this tubelike part out.... I'll try making some pics... it is hard explaining this way:) cheers s and another seat

  16. Hi guys, this is something I live of ever since I started messing with leather... Glock 19 holster HS 2000 holster Bowie knife holster maybe I have posted some of these before... I'll post new pics here as I make stuff. Cheers, Silk
  17. A new sidebag for that Spartan bike... I would have done more details but it was a rush, the guy has to ramble, sunny days are here... The fire is done without any stencils, just a direct drawing on leather with a peice of bone... would be nicer if I used a stencil so I could corect some bits... but I like it as it is... cheers, Silk
