Thank you, @Rhale! Many thanks, Tom! Thank you, @Bert51! Many thanks, @Scoutmom103! Thank you, Jeff! Thank you for compliment, @battlemunky! :) Thank you! I use PA003, PA004, PA005 stamps (manufacturer Hide Crafter, USA). To avoid repeating the pattern, I rotate them at a random angle and in a different direction after each hit. Plus, I try not to put stamp along a straight line, but in an arc and slightly randomly. Thank you, Brian!

I used spirit-based wood stain before and use it in some projects now. It works pretty well. The only thing - unlike spirit dyes for the leather, which I mainly use now, stain (at least the one that is available to me) does not contain additives to protect against UV. Therefore, some of my old projects are slightly "tanned".

Thank you, Jeff! In addition to hair, I had to seriously to work on ears - after all, a lioness’s ear rises 3/4 inches above the mane of a lion.

If you are sure that the recipient of the gift does not have an allergic reaction to latex, you can try a water-based adhesive with synthetic latex - ECOSAR MW116 NG (manufacturer KENDA FARBEN, Italy). http://www.kendafarben.it/note-tecniche/NTinglese/Ecosar MW 116 NG-en.pdf

Thanks for the great tip! I use several of my own tools, made by finalizing dentist's spatulas and trowels. Your idea is great and I will definitely try the option you proposed.

With my meager English, I could not express my thoughts in the same way as the @Tugadude did. But his words are as close as possible to what I would like to say to Brian. Thank you, Brian! PS. @Tugadude, sorry for some plagiarism
