I'm new here and don't post much but it makes me smile every time I log on to see all the new posts. There are stories that teach and those that inspire and loads that make you laugh. Thank you and your staff for what you have created for all of us, this is an amazing place. No need to be modest you have created a great thing. THANK YOU!
Michael.

Spear sheath COOL! I think that's an awesome idea. Never seen one but that's probably because I don't know many people that own spears...

Hi everyone, My name is Mike I'm from New Westminster, BC, in Canada. Just got into leather a few months back and have been hooked ever since. Putting together quite a nice collection of tools and have been back to my local Tandy store so many times I think I'm starting to get on their nerves.
Its so cool to find so many people that still do this semi-lost art.

Hey just dyeing my first project and not to sure what to do. I'm using Eco-Flow leather dye Dark Cocoa Brown. and I went and picked up a 10 pack of medium sized wool daubers. Here is the link to my project: http://leatherworker.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=6897

Nice man. I love the work on the knives as well.

Thanks guys! The tattoo theme was one near and dear to my heart as well. Both Shayla and I love tattoos and I have become a bit of a collector.
My next project is a book cover for my bro who is an RMT. I'll post pics when its done.

Hey guys, I'm new to leather working and have so many questions. My girlfriend bought me a starter kit back in November for my birthday, so far I have just played around working on some small round scraps and just started my first project(a Belt) as a gift for her. Are there any pointers you guys think I should know? Any tools that I must have?
Thanks for your help in advance.
Mike
Here are a few shots of my first project.
