  1. Here is where it is so far , I need to clean up the welds( the material is galvanized). Also I have to pick up more metal, casters, and 3/4" plywood for the table top and side cabinet. I think that it will work out ok
  2. Well here goes, I have started my own version of a Heavy duty table. I have 20' of 2 1/4" square tubing left over from a metal building that I had built, so since I was a welder / heavy equipment mechanic for years I decided to build the legs from that. I will be implementing Tim's 12"/2" torque pulley set up and a new servo motor. I have started welding up the legs so I will update when I get far enough along for pictures. I will be putting casters on it because by time I add a top and the class 26 Cobra this sucker is going to be heavy
  3. You are a very talented individual Sir. I will be bootlegging some of your home grown speed reducer ideas for that Cobra class 26 you sold me. Thanks for being a stand up guy to deal with. Great job to all the other folks for posting pics of some fantastic tables.
  4. @Tim Schroeder Could you please pm me I'm interested in your class 26.
  5. I appreciate your reply but I'm afraid shipping from Ontario to western Arizona would probably approach the cost of a new machine. Merry Christmas, Terry
  6. Has this machine been sold? If it is still available please contact me . Thanks, Terry
  7. @Michael Sheldon I would like to talk to you about your Neels #5 If possible. I live about 3 1/2 hours away close to Kingman az Thanks, Terry
  8. Is any of these machines still available? If so please PM me .
  9. Is any of these machines still available? If so please contact me with info , Regards, Terry
  10. The character it has was earned from daily use and abuse , it deserves a retirement . I believe that I got my $35.00 worth out of it
  11. The original was a Tagua brand and it is about5 or 6oz. It held up very well considering I would crawl around under my backhoe or truck and never took it off. Needless to say I have stopped getting on the ground unless I fall
  12. I think you did a fantastic job. I don't have a problem with the retention strap , I have made several holsters in the Tom Threeperson style. It was Elmer Keith's favorite, that's good enough for me. https://images.app.goo.gl/cjWb6M19Sz69L5Pe8
  13. Clean and 100% functional ,great job
  14. The neatsfoot would probably work as long as the strap is wet enough to stretch.
  15. Very nicely done and that welt is insane. Whenever I'm forming a wet or a dyed holster I wrap the gun or knife in a couple layers of saran wrap to keep the moisture off. Perhaps just wet the retention strap and cover your glock and snap it and let it dry. Just a suggestion.
  16. Great job on the whole wallet. I struggle with basket weave stamping myself but I will keep trying, maybe someday
  17. I layed out a stich line that I didn't follow so I will go back to the machine and take care of that today
  18. Thanks, now I have to break it in, it's 8 to 9 Oz and heavier leather than the other one
  19. This is a factory made holster that I have worn for 3 plus years. It has held up pretty good considering what I've done to it. So I decided to try and make a new one for my Sig 365 xl everyday carry (and I do mean everyday). Let me know what you think.
  20. My 1911's are like shaking hands with an old friend, they just fit.
  21. You made a good choice, a carry gun has to be reliable and comfortable for your style of shooting.
  22. Nice job on the holster, I also like the simplicity of the shoulder strap. Good choice on the G3, I worked at a local gun shop for 5 years and we sold a lot of that model with very few warranty issues. My personal carry gun is a Sig p365 xl.
