I am in need of a wallet for myself. I have carried the current one for amost 1/2 of my life, (52), I love STEVEB's work ant the simpleness of it I don'r want to copy it and I can't come up with any of my own ideas !! I have started to carry all my "plastic" in a small card wallet and those I don't use regularly in a container at home help please
-
Well what I have come up with is a large wallet (Tri fold) closed size is approx 4" x 7 1/2" heavy cover, lined inside , bill locker card locker and two small lockers to hold Dr lic. and other cards that size, I will post images soon !

well the last bike I built had a battery issue, that being the battery was housed in the interior of the oil tank and stood proud of the frame by near an inch. I could not lower the oil tank as it sat almost right upon the starter so here is what worked for me, I took regular card board, covered the areas I needed to mold then applied foil tape , the kind used in home insulation. I waxed the areas I covered with the foil tape and began to built a fiberglass seatpan on top of it, it worked very very well, and cost me next to nothing, it fit the bike like a glove, as it was cast directly on the bike and the problem area. I wrote an article on it and if you would like I can send it to you all the best Bo

Thanks all, here is what I did, and it worked well enough to get me out of the jam, I applied Denatured alcohol via a cotton rag and rubbed the stuffing out of it, then after all the alcohol flashed off, I thinned the dye with a little water and sprayed it with one of my airbrushes,, this morn I checked it and it looks better then ok , not great! , Thanks so much for the help!
