Installled leather scales on a little 380 pew pew. It simply had to match the holster and the shoes, 

 

As I was working on this I noticed my Ak wondering around in the back yard looking for a victim. So I tricked it to come to me with a promise of oil

added a grip wrap

this wrap is glued and sewn in place it does not slip on

if it slipped on it could slip off , that would not be good
