Members yuma Posted July 16, 2023 Members Report Posted July 16, 2023 I've started doing a bit of leather handled tool restoration. This is my geologist pick I've had since I was 10, cleaned it up, re-pointed it and replaced the plastic spacers with brass and leather from an old pony club saddle I picked up at the re-cycle shop for $4. Members dikman Posted July 16, 2023 Members Report Posted July 16, 2023 Looks great. Stacked leather handles are a lot of work but they do look classy. Quote Machines wot I have - Singer 51W59; Singer 331K4; Seiko STH-8BLD; Pfaff 335; CB4500. Chinese shoe patcher; Singer 201K (old hand crank)
