Awesome work on the solo seat. Nice tool work also. Love it. 

Do you make your own seat pans to? Is it glued then laced to your seat pan. 

I got a seat pan for a 1947 schwinn I would like to recover.

Correct, the leather glued to the pan and to the foam and after then laced .

I am working on a seat where I am trying to do a the same lacing design around the edge.  I have a few questions I could use help with.

1. Did you use holes or lacing prongs?

2. What width of lacing did you use?

3. how did you set up the leather for this?
