Members BattleAx Posted March 9, 2024 Members Report Posted March 9, 2024 (edited) Hi I have a question for you guys. I have a CB-4500 and I am thinking about selling the machine I want to go into upholstery work. I live in SC along the coast and want to work on boat covers and upholstery. I bought the machine from Bob over at Toledo 5 or 6 years ago. I going to buy a new flatbed sewing machine from Bob for the upholstery work. How much are these machine going for used it is in excellent condition. Thanks Edited March 10, 2024 by Northmount fixed typo Quote

When I am looking for a machine for myself my rule of thumb for a used machine in excellent condition and depending on age is 65 to 75 percent the list price of a new machine. Hope that helps. kgg Quote
ljk Posted March 9, 2024 Report Posted March 9, 2024 For awning, boatwork, auto trim and upholstery, you can;t beat a 20" Consew 206or equivalent. You will like the space. Quote
