Thadrick Report post Posted March 10 His tools are so awesome but spendy. I picked up a few stamps and bevelers and thought I would try this one as a backgrounder on the nex holster. Its dificult to keep strait but can be fudged a little to get it back in line. What would it be called? looks a little like scales?
bruce johnson Report post Posted March 10 It is called a shell stamp. I’m not sure what Barry calls that pattern but I’ve seen it called loop shell, arched shell, and arc shell. Are you coming to the leather show in May?

Spent about 20.minutes trying stamps and talking to Barry. I come back to the car with a maul, a basket weave and two bevelers. Wife says, "that's all you got? I mean you're AT Barry King's!"
