having problems with Hidecrafters?

Is anyone else having problems with Hidecrafters? I ordered a print catalog about 2 months ago. They sent me an e-mail saying it was on its way about a week after I ordered it, but I still haven't recieved it. I know I can always get online and look but I prefer a printed one (moch easier to read in bed,LOL). I tryed to call yesterday but noone answered. In another thread Kani said she couldn't get an answer either. Just curious what everyone thought. Thanks.

All I know is that my last order that I had took over 2 weeks to get it. Very frustrating.

i have talked to these folks on the phone. have received 2 cataloge and have placed 3 orders

with them. all orders were received in 8 days..

I got the 2007 catolog and price list today, ordered on the internet approx. three weeks ago.

Funny you mentioned Hidecrafters. I talked to them today on the phone to place an order. They have my FIN, and were quoting me business prices. Almost everything I was ordering was higher priced than the retail listing in their catalog. I asked the guy on the phone if he made a mistake maybe, and he said those were business prices that a lot of their prices went up. Can't wait to see what their 2008 catalog, and prices look like compared to TLF. They'll probably go up too.

I finally got in touch with them. They said they would send me a catalog. This was a week ago. I also emailed them about a catalog before that. Still nothing. Maybe they are busy because of the Christmas season. I don't know. I have never dealt with them before.

I did talk to a person named Ron.

Was to busy to call today and tomorrow doesn't look any better. Will have to wait until I have some time during the day. Maybe I will get a chance to call Friday while I'm at the fire station if we aren't to busy. Thanks all.

I wouldnt give up on them yet. Im pretty sure they are losing lots of stuff due to the recent change in ownership. They still have a lot of work to do. Just stay on them for your catalog/items.
