finished it up this morning. it also has a polymer insert for some extra comfort.

yes, the whole seat is airbrushed. buckskin, brit saddle tan and mahogany

Beautiful work Roger. the colors are amazing together. I always look forward to your next seat.

may i ask about your technique for getting the dark color in the crevices and textures of the skull (is that an antique?) while keeping it out of the pebbling around the flames?

I doubt there will be a reply from Roger on this one. The original post was back in 2007. The last I spoke with Roger, he told me he is totally burned out and doesn't even like thinking about doing seats. I hope he recovers from that as Roger is a very talented leatherworker.
