Members Leerwerker Posted May 1, 2008 Members Report Posted May 1, 2008 Hi Joe, Your work is very inspiring! I once sat down and over a few days made some thirty armbands - I just liked to progress from one design to the next. It was a very nice excercise. You can see some of the results on my blog at http://www.johan-potgieter.com/leatherblog...9/armbands.html Here is a link to the whole BLOG Quote JOhan ------------------------------------------- ****Afrikaans: Leerwerker ***** ****Zulu: lesikhumba isisebenzi Latvian: ādas darba ņēmējs *****Russian: кожа работника ****English: Leatherworker ****Dutch: Lederbewerker ****Flemish: Leerbewerker ****Hebrew: עור פועל ****German: Leder Handwerker ****Hungarian: Bőrdíszműves ****Turkish: deri işçisi ****French: Artisan du Cuir ****Spanish: Artesano de Cuero ****Norwegian: Skinn kunstners ****Swedish: Läderhantverkare ****Greek: δερμάτινα εργαζόμενος Sotho: mosebeletsi oa letlalo

Members tazzmann Posted May 1, 2008 Members Report Posted May 1, 2008 Very nice work! I agree with Tom, I like the ones with the eyelets the best, but all of them look superb! Members indypbear Posted May 13, 2008 Members Report Posted May 13, 2008 Urb, Let me start out by saying those are really nice wrist bands. I like the artistic variety. I m going to make some wrist bands for a group locally that is a martial arts school. What is the most popular weight? Have you made a design that leaves the top section open for an impression 3/4 of the width with straps? Can you turn the one with straps over to see the fastening side (buckles)? Indy Quote
