AndyL1 Report post Posted August 2, 2012 Got some better images done of my latest bag. I didn't want it to get lost within the original thread so I thought I'd start a new one. Anyway, here's what the inside and back looks like, Tooled initials on the back panel. The two inner pockets have flaps on them while a larger inner pocket is just open and perfect for an iPad. Thanks! Andy
bluesman1951 Report post Posted August 2, 2012 Very well done ,first class work ! The second compartment is that meant for is that meant for a computer device as well ? I really liked the tooling ,with the initials. Thats just pure class ! May I ask please are these for sale and what would be the price ? I really liked the stitching on the flap . A standing round of applause is in order here ,well done ! bluesman1951 Got some better images done of my latest bag. particle Report post Posted August 2, 2012 Beautiful work, as always Andy! Very envious of this one... Can I ask how difficult it is to use the latches on the inside of the bag - are they easy to latch? Man, I wish you'd make a tutorial so I wouldn't feel so nervous about wasting another $50+ worth of leather on my next attempt...
Bob Blea Report post Posted August 2, 2012 I really like the case! Nice and clean, and really neat hardware. I hope to work up to making something like this someday. Bob

Yes, the back main compartment is for his laptop, while the front with the two inner pockets could be for papers, magazines, whatever. I built this to my clients laptop specs so it fits it perfectly. They are for sale on a commission basis, $575 for this one in particular. Beautiful work, as always Andy! Very envious of this one... The latches are very easy to use, just a standard "cigar box" style swing lock. I really like the case! Nice and clean, and really neat hardware. I hope to work up to making something like this someday. Bob Thanks Bob! Keep at it, love to see your work!
