My First Work With Leather

I made this book cover in a workshop. The motive was not cut with a swivel knife, but only worked with a modeling tool. All work, from cutting of the leather to the coloring should be done in 2 days. I must admit that I have been working in my hotel room until late into the night on the outside seam. Workshops are not good for me. I'm always too slow and was often not done with my work. The Celtic theme is not my favorite, it was given to us.

Advice for the future I will want to read.

Thanks for the "Wiener Schmäh", he brought a smile to my face.

It was really my first piece. And even worked in Austria. In Schlierbach Monastery. The teacher was the leather artist René Berends. He makes really excellent and also reveals many useful tricks. Also in Munich, he often makes seminars and these are very popular.

But enough with the first-thing. Let's focus on the upcoming work that will hopefully come soon.
