I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with S&T Leather Company. I'm new to leather crafting and the only shop around is a Tandy store about 1 hour away in Winter Park, FL. Since it cost me about $20 in fuel round trip to get to and from Tandy. I was looking for a good company that offers items & shipping at fair prices. I stumbled across there webpage and the prices on most of the items seem to be fair. http://www.stleather.com/

Has anyone delt with them before Good, Bad, or maybe you can point me in the direction of more preferred store.

Thanks.

Seems that I bought something from them a long time ago. Don't remember what. Glanced at their site. Looks very much like an "Elderly" Tandy site.

Many items, most on the lower end I would think. Only way to see what the leather is like? Visit them or buy a piece or two.

I use to by from them a few years ago when I lived in the US (MI). I only bought hardware and tools and such, no leather so I don't know thw quallity of that. I always called in my order and had no problems but...

...I do remeber seeing something "not to good" in the forums here about them some months ago...Found it:

Thanks for the tips on where to get a few items question to everyone though has anyone tried ordering from that Beiler's Manufactoring and Supply store listed on that reference link by Tina. I am actually not to far from that location so if it is any good I might stop by there and pay a visit.

Thanks for writing this thread. I had a list I was sending to ST, that after I read your post last nite, I changed my mind! :) Although my list didn't include any leather, I'm still somewhat hesitant to order my hardware from here.
