Each slit has it's own pocket ("bag") to stop the card from sliding all the way down...hence the stitching...and are made out of linning fabric . The only slit that doesn;t have that is the bottom one.I also used pig skin as liner to cover the card pockets on the back so the large pocket can be properly used

Somebody posted here a drawing of how the pockets are put together.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Much appreciated!

Very clean work! If you have had dies made, does that mean that you have something like a 3-ton press for punching out the pieces? Your stitching is so clean, do you also have a sewing machine?

This is a 7in long biker wallet I just finished today. A bit different than my other wallets but pretty much same idea. There are 11 card pockets, 2 large bill pockets and a change zippered pocket. The wallets is made out on natural veg-tan, 4-5oz and air brushed...I still need some more practice but I am happy with the outcome. Pockets are stitched with #138 and the outside with #207 . Any suggestions and comments are more then welcome . 5982_10200198346376706_655627833_n.jpg5919_10200198347096724_1838264207_n.jpg993513_10200198343416632_1420632675_n.jpg1012625_10200198343936645_909247847_n.jpg1002810_10200198346416707_960511499_n.jpg998594_10200198347256728_1359278854_n.jpgThanks !
