Members rbrooks Posted May 27, 2013 Members Report Posted May 27, 2013 I`ve recently inherited a Singer-45K25. It seems to have an excessively large needle. If anyone out there knows the sizes of needles and thread that are standard for this machine, your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Ron Brooks Quote

Members courtney Posted June 1, 2013 Members Report Posted June 1, 2013 I think the system is 214x2 I just got the same machine, they are not easy to find parts for, but the needles are available. Courtney Quote
Members Anne Bonnys Locker Posted June 5, 2013 Members Report Posted June 5, 2013 There are some parts available. I have a few needle plates and lots of feed dogs and the GA5 needle clamp will fit. The shuttle is available as a generic Chines part or a high quality Hirose from Japan. Contact Bob at Toledo and I am sure he can help out. These are not machines that wear out easiy.
