Members MattTheHat Posted May 14, 2014 Members Report Posted May 14, 2014 Very nice. One of the reasons I got into leatherwork is to make a nice leather case for my Pedersoli clone of the Colt Lightning pump-action rifle. So leather rifle cases and scabbards really interest me. This one is very, very nice! -Matt Quote

Contributing Member JLSleather Posted May 15, 2014 Contributing Member Report Posted May 15, 2014 +1 on the carving design ... bold but simple ... ornate but clean.. nice. That's a LOT of backgrounding - got one arm bigger than the other ? Quote "Observation is 9/10 of the law." IF what you do is something that ANYBODY can do, then don't be surprised when ANYBODY does.
Members Brushpopper Posted May 17, 2014 Author Members Report Posted May 17, 2014 You're right, JLS. Most leather workers are bright enough to keep backgrounding to a minimum. Skeet Quote
