the gafer Report post Posted September 4, 2014 its 2 1/2" wide the double buckle is if i had one in place the collar would twist put 2 on and it all stays where it should and i use one on my lurcher (hunting dog)

Dan28 Report post Posted September 8, 2014 My dad has asked me to make something similar for one of his beagles. He suspects that when the beagle goes chasing rabbits that their German Shepard gets excited and may be biting the beagles. He hasn't seen it happen, but has had a few beagles get home after chasing rabbits with what appear to be bite marks on their necks.
