After the leather drys it become quite stiff, this makes them tough masks for kids and should last a long time. i use thin hat elastic in a double strand. two little holes on both sides. cheers Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

leatheroo Report post Posted November 2, 2008 russell, our leather is measured in millimetres as a thickness. the leather i used was veg tanned calf skin. it was sold as 1.2mm, sometimes i use 2mm, but never any thicker as it is to hard to mold. cheers Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
