Members mike6642 Posted November 29, 2014 Members Report Posted November 29, 2014 I thought I would take my time and improve on the first jig. I took some old knobs and slotted the would about 1/4 inch so to get the belt a little tighter to the wood. I used 5 1/2 inch by 12 inch popular cut by home depot 2.09 $ , 1 1/2 inch by 12 inch strip and used the aluminum strip for a guide. I quickly set all this up to take the pictures. very accurate and more sturdy, springfield leather makes a small tool to fit over stamp to keep stamp from any problems with pressing stamps. harbor freight 60 dollar 3 ton press. belts come stamped right on the money.
