High Embossed Gator On Cow Billfold

This is a billfold I made with leather and insides from Springfield Leather. Very nice leather but fairly thin which may be better for a wallet that is to be carried in the back pocket. I lined the back with pigskin liner. The insides are the "Men's Deluxe Wallet Interior." First time using Springfield insides and really like it. I hope to be doing more in the future. I have carried this wallet for about a week now so it may not look quite as good as it did brand new. Springfield's embossed leather is really nice stuff and I will be using more of it from now on. I also like Springfield's lace. It is good strong lace at a good price IMHO.

Love the colour of this! Did you dye it or did it come that way? Looks like it will get a beautiful patina with age.

I did not dye this, it comes this color. They call it turquoise Brown. There is many different colors you can get this in from Springfield Leather.

I love the look of this, if there is a black version of this Gator pattern, I can see me making some biker wallets with this leather...

Tramp, Thanks for the nice comment. Springfield Leather does have some of this in black and a bunch of other colors. I have tried twice to post a web address but to no avail. (Sometimes this site is hard for me to use and it ends in frustrations. )

Super nice looking Bilfold, I think Im fond of the multi colored gator.

The mexican hand braid looks very dressy with this leather combo, the more I look, the more fond of it I get.
