One of the new members here, Longbowdave1 has a daughter graduating as a Registered Nurse in the Spring and he wanted a purse to commemorate the occasion to give her. I hadn't carved a Caduceus before, a little tedious, but I think it turned out okay. The last picture was a production progress shot I sent him after the carving and dying but before the finishing, hole punching and lacing was accomplished.

all I can say is WOW! That is seriously one beautiful job, not that I expect to see anything but out of your stuff Chief. I'm not even going to ask how long it took to tool that piece but I know it would be about 8x longer for me to do it

Thanks for the making the fantastic gift for my daughter Chief! I have been sharing pictures with friends and family of the "Nurse Purse", and they can't believe what a fantastic job you did making it! I know she will love it, when I give it to her in May, after her graduation. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with you sir.
