If it wasn't Rusty, and Bob knew it wasn't Rusty, and nobody in this thread said Rusty, then WHY would Bob call Rusty? Crap.. this is like a movie that aint that good but ya wanna see the end .... BobHall Posted July 27, 2015 Author Report Posted July 27, 2015 I called because someone sent Kevin (Rusty) an email with this thread attached accusing him of being the vendor. I wanted to assure him that, not only did I NOT send the email, Springfield Leather did not send me the bad leather....it was another company entirely. I will not name the company because I am giving them ample time to respond, that's just good business and the right thing to do...and also because this has gotten out of hand. The purpose of this thread was to vent, not start a witch hunt. Lesson learned. Quote

Inform them that the leather they send you its for the bin and give them some time to respond. Maybe they replace it and apologise maybe not. Either way I beleive its better to let us know at some point which is this company. Quote
