Members KBarRanch Posted June 5, 2016 Members Report Posted June 5, 2016 It's not perfect it was built for my dad who is a rancher and will wear it every day, hence why it's photos are taken on a towel at dark because he was to anxious to strap it on. It's my first large leather project besides two case knife sheaths. I learned a lot by looking on this forum and by the bianchi video set. Feedback is much appreciated thank you. Quote

Contributing Member JLSleather Posted June 5, 2016 Contributing Member Report Posted June 5, 2016 What's not perfect? It fits that big gun, carries ammo, smooth consistent stamping design, nicely lined and nicely stitched, and in time for Father's Day. What's not to like Quote
Members KBarRanch Posted June 5, 2016 Author Members Report Posted June 5, 2016 Thanks guys, I am fully convinced that after doing this one, I can see me having a stitcher in the future! Quote
Members LederRudi Posted June 6, 2016 Members Report Posted June 6, 2016 John Bianchi himself couldn't have done it any better, I guess! Quote
Members stu925 Posted June 7, 2016 Members Report Posted June 7, 2016 Yep I agree with the others looks perfect to me too, I'm sure your father was thrilled. Quote
Members mustangman2 Posted June 7, 2016 Members Report Posted June 7, 2016 that is awesome, you should be proud as well as your dad. Quote
Members plinkercases Posted June 8, 2016 Members Report Posted June 8, 2016 You have learned well and fast. I look forward to seeing more of your work. And it does look like a Bianchi inspired job well executed. Quote
Members KBarRanch Posted June 8, 2016 Author Members Report Posted June 8, 2016 Thanks everyone, deff will keep playing with different ideas and such and posting, I work a lot out of town so when I'm in I try to get at it. Had a bag with my tools that I took with me out of town but it kept getting heavier and heavier as I added to it, to the point I got tired packing it up stairs haha. Need to reduce down and keep taking it with me. Quote
Members awthomas1967 Posted June 10, 2016 Members Report Posted June 10, 2016 That is so beautiful.....tempted to try doing one for my peacemaker ....WOW!!!! Quote
Members Dwane Posted February 15, 2017 Members Report Posted February 15, 2017 Very nice I'm curious it looks like a double action revolver in the holster, if you don't mind what type is it? Quote
