Using Tandy pro waterstain:  Spray evenly with light brown, use toothbrush to splatter medium brown and immediately wipe with wet sponge in downward direction. Put medium brown on sponge, wipe downward to add larger grain sections. Air brush knots in medium brown (in future use dark brown fit knots and dagger strokes). Resoline

Same here. Thought it's a piece of mahogany. One barely finds a knot or cracks in them. Great job.
