Members CazaLopez Posted November 2, 2016 Members Report Posted November 2, 2016 I'm usually not into this style of leather working, but this too beautiful not to love. I really like how minimal it is. Quote

Those are called "boot eyelethooks" ...as far as i remember i bought them on-line long time ago for a different project , but it works great as a chain attachment on wallets Edited December 18, 2016 by LeatherLegion Quote
Members GrampaJoel Posted February 11, 2017 Members Report Posted February 11, 2017 (edited) Very nice! Very clean! I am wondering, what is the purpose of the curved lifted piece in the center? I noticed that both wallets have it. thanks Joel Edited February 11, 2017 by GrampaJoel Quote
Members LeatherLegion Posted February 17, 2017 Author Members Report Posted February 17, 2017 It's a flap that covers the pocket and secure change or smaller items when the wallet is closed . In the past i used to put a zipper on that pocket. I will take a picture from a better angle if you want Quote

It is nice to see something I don't understand at my age. I like the clean simple look your wallets have. Have you used this design for awhile? thanks Joel Quote
bikermutt07 Posted February 19, 2017 Report Posted February 19, 2017 I too would be interested in the patterns. I don't want to do zippers. Quote
Members LeatherLegion Posted February 20, 2017 Author Members Report Posted February 20, 2017 (edited) Here is a picture of the pocket open and the flap that secures the small items inside it...instead of the zipper Edited February 20, 2017 by LeatherLegion Quote

The flap covers the two pockets when closed, but gives easy access when the wallet is open. I didn't see the larger pocket from the other angle. Thank you for taking the time to explain your design to me. thanks Joel Quote
