ELeBlanc Report post Posted August 4, 2017 Its all metal about 8 inches long. Looks like an ice pick that is missing the hook part. Someone suggested (or guessed) that it was for stretching out holes for lacing. It came from a Harness Shop. thanks in advance - Techexchange

justpaul Report post Posted October 7, 2017 It was made/welded by the user of the device for something- I picture something that was sewn or stitched inside out that needed prodding to reverse it afterwards. Or it's a tent stake....

LumpenDoodle2 Report post Posted October 8, 2017 Official opinion.... It's a thing, for doing something to another thing. And unless someone has one, or has seen one in action, the uses border on limitless. Sorry I can't be more explicit, or helpful.

I watched a video by Don Gonzales on hammers and he did have a very small hammer. "Shrug"
LumpenDoodle2 Report post Posted October 9, 2017 I have seen a tool similar, but with a bit of a hook on the end. It had something to do with lasts. Maybe to help yoik a last out its stand. Or possibly to remove boy scouts from horses hooves (Swiss army knife joke).
