Members CalanColeman Posted January 27, 2018 Members Report Posted January 27, 2018 Hey all, I had some small scraps of leather and some hard styrophoam packing material, so I made something to organize my awls and needles. If if any of you have any criticisms or tips please don’t hold back! Quote
Members motocouture Posted January 27, 2018 Members Report Posted January 27, 2018 Great idea! Much fancier than my old wine corks .... Quote
Rockoboy Posted January 27, 2018 Report Posted January 27, 2018 Wine corks are more fun to accumulate! Members Stetson912 Posted January 28, 2018 Members Report Posted January 28, 2018 Depends on what you ordered to provide you the packing material hehe. Clever idea. Doesn't look difficult to make. So you can just replace it when the foam wears out. Quote
alpha2 Posted January 28, 2018 Report Posted January 28, 2018 I'll need to practice with some heavier leather when my Cowboy 4500 arrives, looks like a good idea for that! Styrofoam should last a lot longer than the blue insulation board I'm using now. Plus, it is too light, every time I pick up something out of it, the whole thing comes with it. The needles sure go in easily, though. Quote So much leather...so little time.
