My son A) loves Foo Fighters and B)  gets a reaction from metal belt buckles (doesn't like tucking his shirt in..) so this is the first thing out of the newly organized farm shop.

Based on the mechanic buckle less belt this seems to meet his requirements. The FF larger keeper can detach so if he changes bands....

Biggest lesson here was that my hands are way less steady than when I was painting military models.... way less...

Looks grand so it does. Once it gets some wearing the letters will look just dandy

fredk I agree that the letters need to be "knocked down" a little. I am not a fan of painting on leather personally but he is thrilled so that's all that matters.

Retswerb  (Brewster?) The keeper is closed with stitching and attached by 4 line 16 snaps so it can come off for a new favourite band...

I'll see if I can get it off him long enough to take picture.

Very nice my favorite band what did you use to paint the letters? Angelus leather show paint works great on leather and it is very durable.

I used the Tandy something Flo acrylics. first time using them since getting them on sale a few years (?) ago.
