bikermutt07 Posted May 16, 2018 Report Posted May 16, 2018 Nice job, Mike. Quote I'm not paying 80 bucks for a belt!!! It's a strip of leather. How hard could it be? 4 years and 3 grand later.... I have a belt I can finally live with. Stitching is like gravy, it's only great if you make it every day. From Texas but in Bossier City, Louisiana.
Members battlemunky Posted May 16, 2018 Members Report Posted May 16, 2018 Looks great! I have yet to line a wallet yet. Was thinking pigskin since it is super thin. That looks great though. Quote
garypl Posted May 16, 2018 Report Posted May 16, 2018 Looks very nicely done Mike. What type leather did you use for the main parts? Gary Quote Cowboy 4500, Consew 206RB-4

Members mike6642 Posted May 24, 2018 Author Members Report Posted May 24, 2018 Sorry to be late answering, I never use edge paint, dye edges and burnish, the leather was 2 to 3 ounce veg.tan dyed medium brown, the lining was calf skin from ebay. Quote
