This was made after I cut one too many patterns for an order and decide to play around with it and just sell it on the firearms forum... which I did. I used the Will Ghormley Duke holster pattern. Shown here with a Denix replica as my real steel was away safely stored at photo time.

I called it the Black Rose for obvious reasons.

Thanks guys. Thats the pebbler i mentioned in another post that i think lools good and takes less time than the seeder or checkered backgrounds though i beleive is far less " traditional."

Well done all around! I've got that background tool, but haven't actually tried it yet. Most recent tool purchase. I need to pull the trigger, so to speak.

I have always liked it. I believe i first saw it uses on a dvd by Chan Greer for a sheridan style note book cover. Good little video covers all the basic including some helpful basket weave tips.

That sho is purdy, it's an instant classic !! I have a few of WG pattern packs and haven't made but the "Flames of Hell" holster. I was trying to show off at our local CAS , sadly it died off(ironically i live in Lincoln Co,NM home of Billy the Kid).
