I seem to remember some such occurrence in the distant past.

At my doctors, it was always the nurse. Her name was Bobbie. If Doc left and said Bobbie will be back in to see you in a minute. You may as well drop your trousers. In twenty five years, I don't think the woman ever put an injection in my arm.

It is not supposed to be just like a photo.

I do not think that the too realistic image of a naked ass in the doctor's office looked aesthetic :)

Really!  Your comment is not related to the intent of my comment at all!  If you have a beef with the carving/art work, you should take it up with the OP, not me.

Sir, in no way did I want to wound feelings nor you nor OP. Perhaps my joke was unsuccessful. From now on, I will try to refrain from this.

PS. And yes, I really like this work, as I wrote above.

Apology accepted.  When we are dealing with text only communication, we can't see the person's face or body language or hear the nuances in his voice, so literally 3/4 of the conversation is missing.  My apologies to you as well.  Differences in cultures can result in huge misunderstandings.  I have a friend from Bulgaria.  In her culture, nodding the head is a no, shaking the head is a yes, completely opposite to many other cultures.
