Hey, that's about 15-20 minutes away from me. 
It looks more antiquey than usable, though.

If it's priced right, you could use it as a pattern and make another. I'm afraid there's not enough room in my tiny shop for another chair!

It's in rough enough shape that I agree.  It wouldn't be difficult to build a workable copy with a few measurements.
