Members airplaneguy Posted July 26, 2019 Members Report Posted July 26, 2019 This is my first attempt at making a jacket. It turned out ok. Quote
Members Riem Posted July 26, 2019 Members Report Posted July 26, 2019 Looks like a good build - that zip is very straight! I presume the sleeves still need to be sized and the cuff sewn in? What were the greatest challenges you encountered? (When I'm grown up I also want to make my own leather jacket...) Quote
Members airplaneguy Posted July 27, 2019 Author Members Report Posted July 27, 2019 Yes the sleeves still need to be finished. Get the sleeves fit into the armholes of the jacket and making sure that both sleeves were clocked correctly and that they were not puckered at the shoulders. I definitely learned a bunch of small things with this one. Hopefully the next one will be a little better. Quote
Members Mattsbagger Posted July 28, 2019 Members Report Posted July 28, 2019 Looks good! The sleeves look about right for me. Lol Quote
