2 tone Belts

Is there a tutorial or a how to on how to do these type of belts (see photo) particularly how to do the background side of the belt.  Any help is appreciated

You might try and do a search for filigree. There should result in quite a bit of info here.

Are they filigree or stamped/carved and a really nice paint job?

Yeah, tha's "filigree", but not that well.  Looks like somebody punched round hole punch on the ends, then didn't cut very precisely to line up with the round punch. See that sometimes when a guy don't take into consideration that round (or arch) punches are generally tapered to allow the slug to come out... so the deeper you drive 'em the bigger the hole..

@JLSleather  Yeh , I noticed that. They are nice belts, but I'm wondering about the belt at the top of the pic. Is that meant to say ' Satans Saddler, Satan Saddler, or Satan's Adler ' ? I read that as the latter   Does Satan own an Adler sewing machine ?       I didn't quite see him as a Janome type of guy    Does piece work in his spare time eh ?

I currently own Satan's Adler...that thing is possessed....lol
