Do a search for custom metal stamps.  This is one that turned up.  You may find someone local that is making them.

I get my brass stamps made by a chap (or chapess) in China. He's on holiday right now. I draw up the artwork and send the image to him as a jpeg and he cuts it in brass. Being brass it can be used plain or heated in a soldering iron or whatever.

Look for arbalet12..member here...makes beautiful stamps..I presume he can also make custom dies.
