I picked up a three pack of thin 12" wood disks for backing and attached a 1/2' "x 1/2" x 6" frame to the back to accommodate the mechanism. Both from Hobby Lobby. the leather work was harder than the staining and final assembly of the wooden parts. Go for it! Quote
