  1. Very pretty. I love the colors. I've never used shark skin, but I'm leaning toward trying it after seeing this.
  2. Good looking holster. Welcome back to the wonderful world of leather.
  3. My feelings exactly! I've been working with leather more than twice as long as Ryan has been alive, but I'm not half as good. Keep posting your work, please. It helps keep me motivated to learn more about the craft.
  4. Wow! Every time you post something new I am blown away. Great work.
  5. That's what I was afraid you would say. Don't think my hands are that steady anymore. I was hoping for an easy trick. Keep up the great work.
  6. That is really nice work! I agree with Bob about that border, I might have to 'borrow' that. I'm not usually a fan of laser engraving on the leather, but this is the exception to the rule. Looks awesome! I'm sure your archaeologist friend must love having such a unique and beautiful piece of leather work.
  7. Those look great! Good job! Got to love those free paint stirrers. Can't remember the last time I stirred paint with one.
  8. I love the way you outlined the green letters with white. It really makes them stand out. I'll bet that took a very steady hand. Any tips on how you did that?
  9. Looks great. Having the passport inverted should come in handy for travel in the Southern Hemisphere.
  10. Looks great, like all of your stuff. Very impressive. I've been doing leather work for a long time, maybe some day I will do something that nice. Very impressive swivel knife skills.
  11. Beautiful bag! I like the tool rack too. Not sure if I could function being that well organized.
  12. I'll bite. What is "vegan bovine leather "? Whatever it is, that looks great. I second what kiwican said about the edge work.
  13. As always, excellent work Roland! I hope I'll be as good as you when I have your years of experience. Oh wait, that was about 40 years ago. Damn it! I don't think it's going to happen.
  14. Very cool work. My dad had a hatchet very similair to that. Brings back memories. I made him a sheath to replace the cheesy plastic one it came with back in junior high school, a really long time ago. Yours are much nicer
  15. I have a friend with some rough out chinks that molded while in storage. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can restore them? All of the products I've found are for smooth leathers. Any suggestions at all will be welcome.
