toxo Report post Posted April 6, 2021 Nice Job Lily. Is the name burn't on or stamped and dyed? Don't know where you're from but over here in the UK the prices of puppies have gone through the roof and hence dog stealing is getting worse. For this reason we're encouraged to just put an address or phone number on the collar instead of a name so whoever steals the dog doesn't know what to call it. It's a shame because the name thing is part of our love for the dog.

It's a shame we live a world that's such a wreck. 7 hours ago, Tugadude said: Super clean work! The dog might not appreciate the beauty but its human will. Thanks so much! TomE Report post Posted April 11, 2021 Nice work! I am envious of your stitching. How do you prepare the padded liner for sewing? Is it glued in place?

I use an 1/8th inch closed cell foam and wrap it in the upholstery leather. Then I use a contact adhesive and place it just right and make my holes with a Blanchard stitching iron.
