Purse and Bag Adornments or Ornaments

Help...sourcing case and bag "ornaments"...I don't even know what they are called but already burned a day on the internet trying to figure it out...project is a hip bag for a martial artist and I'm trying to dress up the Dee shields as shown in the pictures.  Something rivet backed would be ideal but at this point I'll adapt a small door knocker if i can find it!
